建立中药指纹图谱方法的研究现状

The development of the method of establishing fingerprint on TCM

中药要走向世界 ,首先必须使评价其质量的标准与国际接轨 ,而现有的标准不能反映中医用药所体现的整体疗效。中药指纹图谱具有整体性、模糊性和可以量化的特点 ,可以全面地反映中药的整体质量。现以近年来发表的论文为基础 ,按分析方法分类介绍中药指纹图谱研究的最新状况 。

In order to go abroad, the quality standard of Chinese Traditional Medicine(CTM) should be first adapted to the world's. But we now don't have such a standard that can reflect the efficacy of TCM. The fingerprint of TCM is equal to do it, with the characters of integration,bluring and measurability. In this article, the development of fingerprint of TCM on TLC, HPLC, GC, HPCE, IR, NMR, X ray diffraction and DNA molecular markers are reviewed.
