摘要
同位素标记的氨基酸与普通氨基酸相比具有结构一致、性质基本相同的特点。作为示踪剂,氨基酸参与蛋白质的合成与代谢的性质,为研究生物体中天然产物的合成、蛋白质的代谢以及疾病的诊断与治疗等提供了一个安全、有效、方便的示踪工具。本文主要介绍了同位素标记的氨基酸在医学、生物学、药学以及化学等方面的应用进展。
Compared with common amino acids, the isotope-labeled amino acids have accordant structure and analogical property. In the research of crude products, protein metabolism, morbid diagnosis and cure of organism, they provide a secure, effective, convenient tracing tool by the peculiarity of amino acid participation in protein synthesis and metabolism. The paper mainly reviews the advances in the applications of isotope-labeled amino acids in medicine, biology, pharmacology and chemistry.
