摘要
采用微波消解ICP-AES法同时测定中药中铜、镉、铅和砷的含量,加标回收率为94%~98%,RSD小于1%.方法准确、快捷、操作简单,适用于中药中重金属含量的测定.
A method for the determination of copper、cadmium、lead and arsenic in Chinese traditional medicine byICP-AES was developed. The recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 94%~98%. The relative standard deviation isless than 1%. The method is accurate、efficient and easy to operate. The method is suitable to determine the content of heavymetals in the Chinese traditional medicine.
