摘要
采用离子色谱法测定甲磺酸帕苏沙星中乙酸残留量,以H2O/NaOH作为流动相,用IonPacAS11分析柱分离,实验结果较理想。该方法操作简单,并且有良好的线性及重现性。
An ion chromatograph system for the determination of acetic acid in pazufloxacin methanesulfonate pasil wasdescribed .The mobile phase were water and sodium hydroxide.The analytical column was Ionpac AS11. The experimentalresults were well. The method was simple and has good linear relationship and repeatability.
