摘要
教育理论成果的转化存在着两种形态理论形态间的转化和理论——观念——实践的转化,但这两种转化并不能自发地完成,需要人的参与,即必须通过包括教育理论研究者和教育实践者的转化主体的主动参与和积极实施来实现两种形态的转化。所以,关注并分析转化主体在转化过程中的主体状态,对提高教育理论的转化率有着极其重要的促进作用。
There are two forms of conversion of the educational theory results: the conversion of theoretical forms and the theory-concept-practice conversion. The two kinds of conversion can be achieved only by the human participation. That is to say, they require the active participation and practice of the subjects including the researchers of educational theory and the educational practitioners. Therefore, it is necessary to show concern for, and make an analysis of the subject in the conversion process, which is of great significance to the promoting of the conversion of educational theories.
