摘要
普通高校篮球队作为普通高校培养优秀竞技体育后备人才摇篮,其科学管理水平对于学校体育发展具有举足轻重的作用,在多年的实践基础上,结合交流和访谈,认真总结,进行科学定位。本文就我校篮球队近年的管理,谈自身的一点体会,供同仁参考和深入探讨。
College basketball team, as the cradle of training excellent backup talents in athletic sports , its scientific management level plays an important role in development of school P.E. on the foundation of years practice, communication with the companion and interview, this paper talks about my ideas management of college basketball team in order to provide reference to the companion and for deeper discussion.
