摘要 介绍了板级模拟电路故障诊断系统 ,论述了系统的硬件组成和软件功能 ,该系统结合了测试技术、故障诊断理论 ,将专家经验融合到计算机软件系统中 ,能自动完成电路板的性能测试 ,并根据性能测试结果生成故障隔离引导树 ,引导操作人员对被测电路板进行故障的检测和维修。系统符合开放的、模块化、通用化的构建思想及在硬件资源的可互换方面的考虑 ,大大提高了系统的扩展能力和测试程序集 (TPS)的重用性 ,节约了软件开发的成本 ,对于开发集数字电路与模拟电路为一体的通用故障诊断平台具有一定的借鉴作用。 In this paper, a fault diagnosis system for board-level analog circuits is described, including its hardware composition and software functions. It can automatically accomplish performance test for UUTs, and generate the fault isolation guidance tree according to its test results, and finally guide operators to conduct fault detection and maintenance of UUTs. The system combines the test technique with the fault diagnosis theory and expert experiences are also incorporated in the computer software system. This system completely complies with the idea of mechanizing an open, modular and universal architecture. Considerations of exchangeability of hardware resources greatly increase system’s extendibility and reusability of TPSs, and save the cost of software development. It has a certain reference value for developing a general fault diagnosis platform for both digital circuits and analog circuits.
