摘要
武汉国际会展中心深基坑工程的最大特点是超大、超深、周边环境复杂。由于工期紧,工程重要性程度高,在进行支护设计和施工过程中,遵循技术可行,安全可靠,经济合理的原则,针对各支护区段的实际情况,综合性地采取桩锚支护,喷锚支护,土钉墙支护,粉喷桩排隔水,高压旋喷桩排隔水等支护和隔水方法,充分利用各种方法的特点,因地制宜地采用,既满足了基坑施工的需要,又保证了周边环境安全,也节省了投资,取得了较好的技术经济效果。介绍由钻孔灌注桩、预应力锚杆、土钉组成的支护体系和由粉喷桩、高压旋喷桩组成的止水帷幕体系在同一工程中的成功应用。
The remarkable characteristics of the foundation pit project of Wuhan International Conference and Exhibition Center are its large plane sizes, superdepth and complicated surroundings. The design and construction of the foundation pit support followed principles of feasible technology, reliable safety, economic and reasonable cost in consideration of short construction period and great importance of the project. According to different actual conditions of supported sections, bored concrete piles and anchorage bars, shotcrete and anchorage bars, walls with bar nails driven into soil were used for the support and protection of the foundation pit, and cement-soil pile sheets formed by cement injection and mixing, cement pile sheets formed by high-pressure rotary injection of cement grout were used for the water prevention of the foundation pit, satisfying the requirements of the foundation construction, creating safe surroundings and also saving project cost. The foundation pit’s support system and water prevention custain system are presented in this paper.
