新时期高师地理教育专业培养目标、规格探讨 被引量:15

On the innovation of training target and training standard for geography education in higher education institutes in the new era

摘要 以高师地理教育专业为例,分析了高等师范院校各专业尤其是地理教育专业人才培养面临的新形势.认为旧有的高师地理教育人才培养目标和规格已落后于新形式对人才培养的要求,如人才培养的层次目标跨度太大、定位过宽;类型目标过于笼统和宽泛;素质目标中缺少素质教育的内容;业务目标中缺少对本科生创新精神和创新能力培养的要求;职业目标中缺少从事环境教育和环境管理工作的内容等.必须对旧有的培养目标和规格进行重新定位,以适应新时期对人才的要求.为此,提出了新时期地理教育专业的培养目标和规格的初步设想. This thesis sets out by a theough analysis of the newly challenges and threads in higher education confronted by all disciplines of the teacher-training institutes, especially by the geography education. The thesis states that the conventional training target and standard in geography education, taking the newly situation into consideration, are out of date and impractical. For example, the span between targets for different education levels is too large; the training aim is too abstract; the quality-training target lacks concrete requirements on comprehensive quality oriented education; capacity target is in need for requirements on the initiative and creative spirits and capacity of the students; career target lack contents about environment education and mana gement. Therefore, action and adjustment should be made on the conventional training target and standard to accord with the talent assessment in the new era. The thesis makes its conclusion by presenting new training target and standard for geography education in order to welcome the challenges confronted by higher education in the new era.
