摘要
"反思型教师"的观念和思想广泛吸收了反思心理学、批判理论和后现代主义的营养,是对传统教师观的一种扬弃,把握反思型教师的总体特征对于教师发展和教学具有重要意义。尝试从反思型教师的思维、水平和工作方法三个角度论述了反思型教师的特征。
With its nourishment from reflective psychology,critical theory and post-modernism,the idea of the reflective teacher creates a new outlook on teachers.This article discusses the features of reflective teachers from three perspectives:their way of thinking.their reflective levels and their way of work.
