摘要
以高氯酸非水电位滴定有机季铵盐中氨基含量,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为标样,采用正交试验L16(43)确定了测定其氨基含量的最佳分析条件,该季铵盐中氨基含量的最佳分析条件为:当高氯酸—乙酸溶液的浓度约为0.02mol/l时,该季铵盐的加入量为200mg(0.55mmol),4%的乙酸汞溶液的加入量为6ml(0.75mmol),乙酸酐的加入量为2ml.
Quaternary ammonium salts are determined by perchloric acid the non-aqueous potentiometric titration method. The best analyzing conditions of determination of quaternary ammonium salts are confirmed by hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as a standard. The best analyzing conditions are that the weight of the standard is 200 mg(0.55 mmol), the volume of mercuric acetate(4%) is 6 ml(0.75 mmol) and the volume of acetic anhydride is 2 ml when the concentration of perchloric acid-acetic acid solution is about 0.02 mol/l.
