摘要
通过对编辑学者化内涵的综合分析,提出编辑学者化即编辑学习化的过程。学者型编辑和学习型编辑在本质上并无区别,两者之不同在于前者为终极目标,后者为终身目标。成为学者型编辑的只有少数人,而在学习型组织中成为学习型编辑却是每一个编辑能够做到而且应该做到的。
By analyzing the connotation of scholarization of editors, this paper puts forward it is the learning process of editors. Scholar editors and learner editors have no difference on nature, the only difference is the former is final purpose, the latter is forever purpose. Only a few editors can be scholars, but every editor should become learner editor in the learning organization.
