Studies on the Definition of International Trade in Service and FAT Statistics

GATS(服务贸易总协定)作为WTO协定不可分割的一部分,其对服务贸易的定义已被各国普遍接受,但GATS对服务贸易的定义与传统的IMF国际收支统计的服务贸易定义有所不同。本文在深刻剖析GATS中服务贸易定义的基础上,分析了GATS定义对服务贸易统计的影响以及由此产生的FAT统计。

The definition of international trade in service of GATS is different from that of IMF, which has made great impact on the statistics system of international trade in service. This paper elaborates the GATS definition and the FAT statistics established hereby.
