摘要
针对国内复杂异形螺杆加工现状 ,基于盘铣刀无瞬心包络理论率先提出多自由度变安装角数控铣削复杂异形螺杆的螺旋曲面 ,建立了它的计算模型 ;它使空间编程问题归结到平面上 ,减少模型造成的计算误差 ,提高了刀位点计算准确性 ,大大改善螺杆数控加工的精度 ;减小了刀具与工件发生干涉的概率 。
Aiming at actuality of processing complex and abnormal screw, and basing on discal milling-cutter non-instaneous envelope method firstly presents multiple-axial changed installoation-angle NC machining helical-surface of complex and abnormal screw .The paper establishes counting model of its, which makes spacial programme turn into plane programme. The method reduces computing error and increases calculating veracity,improves precision of processing screw. It also minishes probability of interference between cutter and workpiece, and enlarges range of machining screw.
