摘要
针对大型轴类零件热处理后出现轴线弯曲、余量分布不均等问题 ,提出应用线结构光非接触测量技术的方法 ,可对轴类零件实际轴线进行在线检测 ,获取各截面中心位置 ,在保证加工余量分配均匀的条件下 。
There are some problems such as the axial bending and non-uniform allowance distributed, after the long shaft being heat treatment. A new non-touch measurement technique is proposed based on the technology of linear structured light. The real axis of the part can be measured and all coordinates of the points on it obtained. Also, the calculating axis of the part can be optimized in order to decide suitable machining allowance.
