Issaac Newton is not only a great scientist, but also a great theologian of heresy. For a long time, Newton,s belief of heresy was a secret, which the is buried in his manuscript of millions of words. According to the research data of the manuscript and the life of Issaac Newton in international academic circles, this paper discusses the forming process of Newton,s belief of heresy, elucidates the historical result of his study of theology and the relation between his theology and his science.
