摘要
倾销的认定涉及出口产品的正常价值和出口价格的确定及倾销幅度的确定。影响倾销认定的因素很多。我国应采取有效措施积极应对针对国内企业的反倾销。
Determining of dumping involves determination of the normal value and comparable export price of the products. There are a variety of elements affecting the determining of dumping. China should take effective countermeasures to deal with anti-dumping measures of foreign countries against Chinese products.
