Design and Analysis of Capacity Incremental Coiling Mechanism

本文对有横动作用的圈条器进行了研究,给出了计算容量的理论公式,分析了圈条成形和圈条器增容的原因。应用电子计算机进行了设计计算,找到了最大容量所对应的圈条器有关参数。

Having made an analysis on a coiler with traverse function, a theoretical formular is set up for the volumn calculation and the causes are also dug out for the coiling forming and the capacity increment of the coiler; and after ward, the paper finds out some relevant parameters for a maximum coiling capacity by way of a calculation on a computer.
