Traditional Chinese culture has great influence on the mentality and behaviour of Chinese. Research in and analysis of the thinking mentality can provide an important line of thinking for reference to cultural psychology. By analyzing the Chinese' mentality, its characteristics and its significance to research and the problems that should be noticed, a deeper understanding can be achieved of the influence of traditional culture on Chinese and of the development prospects of social psychology.
