摘要
本文利用了Cu(Ⅱ)在H_2SO_4介质中催化H_2O_2氧化甲基橙使之褪色,在波长505nm处测定吸光度的变化,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。方法的线性范围为0~2.0μg/25ml,定量检测限为1.27×10^(-10)g/ml。该方法的灵敏度高.准确度好,在用于测定饮用自来水中痕量铜时,结果满意。
In this paper, the decolorizing reaction which results from the oxidation of Methyl Orange by Cu (I) to catalyze hydrogen peroxide in H_2SO_4. The decrease in colour has been to be directly proportional to the amount of Cu (I). The method is highly sensi- tive, the limit of quantitative determination.in this method is 1. 27×10^(-10)g Cu (I) /ml. The linear respondence is in the range of 0~2. 0μg Cu (I) /25ml. The method has beeb used to determine trace Cu (I) in drinking water with satisfactory results.
