摘要
介绍应用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法同时测定多组分体系的原理和实验方法.并将此法应用于息喘灵片中三组分的同时测定.文中详细讨论了滤波区间、滤波次数的确定和标准混合溶液组数的选择.茶碱、盐酸麻黄碱和异戊巴比妥的回收率为98.5~106.8%,变异系数为0.7~5.9%。
In this paper, the main principle and the experimental method of simultaneous de- termination of multicomponent system by kalman filtering spectrophotometry and appli- cation in determination of three components contained in Xichuanlin tablets are intro- duced destribed. In addition, the determination of times and region of filtering, the se- lection of the number of mixtures standard solution have been discussed. Average recov- eries of Theophylline. Enhedrine hydrochloride, Amobarbital are 98.5-106.8%, and their variation coefficients are 0. 7-5. 9%
