摘要
论述了教学质量监控的必要性、重要性和加强教学质量监控体系建设的基本内容;提出了构建教学质量监控体系、监控内容和实施监控的方法、措施。
This paper expounds the necessity and significance of monitoring the instruction quality, and discusses the
basic contents of this monitoring system. Also it puts fond the process to structure the monitoring system and its applica-
tion.
