摘要 文章通过引入一个V型梁和V导轨来类比滚子与滚道的接触,清晰、简洁、明了地解释了“机械设计基础”教学中“角接触向心轴承轴向载荷的计算”这一难点问题。 Angular contact radial bearings are standardized components, which are used widely in design of shaft structure. Due to angular contact between rollers and raceways, bearings under radial loadings will produce axial component, which will unbalance component of force produced by gears on shaft. It turns out that there must be additional power produced by frane to keep the balance of shaft. This is a difficult problem to explain. In this paper, a model constructed of a V-beam and a V-guide way is to simulate the contract of rollers and raceways; it is shown that the description it gives is clear, sim- ple, and intelligible.
