温化胶囊对人早幼粒白血病细胞株HL-60增殖的影响研究

The effect of the capsule of warming Yand to resolvate masses on proliferation livability of leukemia cell line

目的 :探讨温化胶囊对人早幼粒白血病HL— 60细胞增殖的影响。方法 :取对数生长HL -60期细胞以 12孔板每孔接种 0 .5× 10 4 /m1个细胞 ,接种 2 4h后加药培养 ,分设温化胶囊高、中、低剂量组与PBS阴性对照组。分别于加药后 3 0min、1～ 6d收集细胞 ,台盼蓝染色 ,分别计数活细胞与死细胞 ,作生长曲线、细胞存活率与抑癌率计算。结果 :温化胶囊高、中、低剂量组均显著抑制HL -60细胞的生长 ,抑癌率最高达 70 .8% ,IC50 <10 μg/ml,对HL -60细胞有显著的细胞毒作用。结论

Objective:To study the capsule of warming Yand to resolvate masses (WYRM) effect on proliferation of human leukemia cell(HL-60).Methods: Using the techniquesor cell culture ex Vivo, the effect of WYRM on proliferation of HL-60 were observed.Results: WYRM can significantly inhabit the proliferation of HL-60 ex vivo,the ratio of suppress proliferationhigher than 70.8%. It's IC 50 lower than 10μg/ml.WYRM hascytotoxicityto HL-60. Conclusion: WYRMcan significantly inhabit the proliferation and livability of HL-60 ex vivo.
