活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤的临床免疫学研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的 :探讨中药活血化瘀法对子宫肌瘤的治疗作用和对IL -2R、TNF -α的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫双抗体夹心ELISA法测定治疗前后子宫肌瘤患者血清IL -2R、TNF -α的水平。结果 :子宫肌瘤患者IL -2R、TNF -α的水平高于正常人组 (p<0 .0 1)。经中药活血化瘀法治疗后IL -2R水平明显下降 ,低于正常人组水平 (p<0 .0 1) ,TNF -α下降至正常人组水平 ,具有显著性差异 (p <0 .0 1)。结论 :中药活血化瘀法对子宫肌瘤患者血清IL -2R、TNF
