摘要
目的 :观察黄芪复方对实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力大鼠血清IL -4、IFN -γ、TGF -β水平的影响 ,以探讨其治疗重症肌无力的可能机制。方法 :采用AChR加等量完全福氏佐剂 ,免疫Lewis大鼠 ,制备EAMG大鼠模型。 40只Lewis大鼠随机分为 4组 ,每组 10只 :福氏佐剂组、模型对照组、中药黄芪复方组和西药强的松组。各组给药治疗 3 0天后 ,采用ELISA法分别测血清AChRab、IL -4、IFN -γ、TGF -β水平。结果 :黄芪复方组、强的松组能明显改善EAMG大鼠肌无力症状 ,其血清AChRab、IFN -γ水平明显下降 ,TGF -β水平明显升高 ,与模型组相比 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但用药组间比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :中药黄芪复方可能是通过调控血清中IFN -γ、TGF -β水平 ,抑制AChRab的生成或增加其降解而达到治疗EAMG大鼠的作用。
Objetive:To investigate effects of HuangQi compound on level of IL-4,IFN-γ,TGF-β,in Experimental Autoimmune Myasthenia Gravis Rats Blood,in order to study the treatment mechanism of HuangQi compund to EAMG.Methods:40 Lewis rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:FCA group,Model group?herb group and Medicine group, with 10 rats in each group. After 30d treatment of herb and medicine,Serum AchRab,IL-4,IFN-γ and TGF-β were measured by ELISA.Results:HuangQi Compound can obviously relief the clinical symptoms of EAMG,decrease AchRab,IFN-γ increase TGF-β level(P<0.05) in serum,compared with the Model group. But there was no obvious difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment mechanism of HuangQi compound maybe decrease serum AChRab or increase its catabolism by regulating the IFN-γ and TGF-β level in EAMG blood.
