As a new technique for sampling,microdialysis has become an important means of continuously monitoring reactions in vivo and received much more attention in recent years.Recent advances in the development of experimental methods to estimate extracellular concentration from dialysate concentration have allowed microdialysis to be considered as a useful tool for in vivo quantitative assay.It also provides a new research method for Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper gives a primary survey of microdialysis application in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
