涤纶短纤维后加工缠丝原因探讨

DISCUSSION ON WINDING ROUND DRAW ROLLER IN PRODUCTION OF PET STAPLE FIBER

通过广角X射线衍射(WAXD),分析了15kt/a涤纶短纤维后加工生产线纤维力学性能的形成过程;对后加工缠辊原因进行了探讨。这对提高涤纶短纤维产品质量和后加工运转率有一定意义。

By means of WAXD, the fiber mechanical Properties formed in a 15 kt/a draw treatment line of PET staple fiber has been studied and try to find out why the draw roller is winded round in draw treatment tentatively.
