民营企业发展的问题及对策

民营企业是在改革开放条件下产生的新生事物,经过20多年的发展,已成为我国发展生产力和国民经济的重要组成部分,是我国经济发展的一支有生力量,它对中国经济增长产生了越来越大的影响。尽管民企已取得了长足发展,但也面临着参与国内、国际市场竞争的严峻挑战。如何积极参与市场竞争,并在竞争中求生存,谋发展?本文就这些问题进行了分析论证,并提出要看到民企自身的优势和劣势,采取有效措施,做到兴利除弊,敢于在观念、政务环境、体制、技术、管理等方面进行创新,以提高民营企业的综合竞争力,从而提高我国国民经济综合实力,为全面建设小康社会作出应有的贡献。

Non-state-operated businesses came into being as a result of the open policy. With their development over the past 20 years, they have become an important part of the national production and economy as well as an major contributor to the national economic development. Their role in the economic growth of China is on a rise. In spite of their fast development, they are now confronting with severe challenges from both domestic and overseas markets. How they will become an active participant in the competition and survive the challenges and achieve development needs to be considered. The paper discusses all those issues and comes up with the view that non-state-operated businesses ought to have good awareness of their advantages of weakness, make the best of their advantages and avoid their weakness, be innovative in ideas, decisions, system, technology, management so as to increase their competitiveness and contribute to increase in the holistic national strength and development of an overall comfortable society.
