编辑在履行自己职责的过程中,应注意处理好与作者之间的关系。为减少或避免版权纠纷的发生,编辑应增强版权意识,处理好涉及版权方面的问题。

In performing his/her duty, an editor should do his/her best in handling his/her relationship with the authors of the papers. To get rid of possible copyright disputes, an editor should enhance his/her own awareness of copyright and be able to deal with the various issues concerning copyright in a proper way.
