摘要
用共混烧结法制备了纳米TiO2 /聚四氟乙烯和纳米SiO2 /聚四氟乙烯两种复合材料 ,考察了纳米材料含量、载荷对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能和力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,两种复合材料的磨损量比纯聚四氟乙烯降低了 1~2个数量级 ,当纳米TiO2 含量为wt .15 %左右时 ,聚四氟乙烯复合物的综合性能最佳。
Two kinds of composites, including nanometer TiO 2/PTFE and nanometer SiO 2/PTFE, were made by blend-sintering method. The effects of the different filling components and the loads on the frictional and mechanical performance of the PTFE composites were studied. The results show that the wear of PTFE composites is decreased by l to 2 orders of magnitude com pared with that of pure PTFE material, and that the comprehensive property of th e PTFE composite is the best when the content of nanometer TiO 2 is about w t.15%.
