PA6纤维HSO生产工艺研究

摘要 主要从影响HSO可纺性的三个方面:切片质量及含水率、纺丝、卷绕工艺条件进行了研究。认为:PA6 HSO 用切片分子量范围最好在14300~14900,含水≤0.07%;熔温一般控制在264~274℃;纺速及超喂率、接触压力是影响卷绕成形的主要因素;油剂、压缩空气压力对HSO交络度有很大影响。 Main influence factors of the fiber spinnability in HSO process, such asquality and moisture content of PA6 chips, technology of spinning andtaking-up are studied. The following results are obtained: 1. It is the bestto use the chip with molecular weight 14300-14900, moisture content notmore than 0.07%. Melt temperature is controled between 264~272℃; 2.Spinning speed, overfeed ratio and contact pressure are main factors ofinfluencing take-up shape; 3. Finish and pressure of compressed-air have agreat inftuence on the entanglement crosslink of the filament.
