150例心脑血管病患者血液流变学观察

Observation of hemorheologic changes in 150 cases with cardio-cerebrovascular disease

目的 监测血液流变学指标变化与心脑血管疾病之间的联系。方法 检测150例心脑血管疾病患者及30例健 康对照者血液流变学。结果 心脑血管疾病组血液流变学参数显著高于健康组。疾病组的红细胞变形系数、红细胞聚集系 数明显高于健康组。疾病组使用改善血液黏滞状态药物后,红细胞变形系数升高,血液黏稠度下降。结论 高黏滞血症与心 脑血管疾病有密切联系。使用改善血液黏滞状态的药物,对老年心脑血管疾病有明显帮助。

Objective To investigate hemorheology changes and relationship in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovasular disease. Methods Hemorheology index were detected in 150 patients suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and 30 well-beings as control group. Results The hemorheology index in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease patients were much higher than the control group. The erythrocyte dysmorphia coefficient、erythrocyte collecting coefficient in disease group were much higher than the control group's. We used the drugs that can ameliorate the patient's blood viscous status in the disease group. The paitent's erythrocyte dysmorphia coefficient heightened and blood viscosity decreased. Conclusions The hyperviscosity in blood is related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. The use of the drug that can ameliorate blood viscous status is helpful in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in elderly.
