DEVELOPMENT OF POLYESTER MICRODENIER YARN

研究了在普通高速纺设备上开发生产多孔细旦丝的技术关键,采用POY—DTY两步法工艺,生产规格为83dtex/72f,111dtex/72f、167dtex/144f等涤纶细旦低弹丝。在解决原料、纺丝工艺条件、后加工条件的情况下,通过局部改造,可以在普通高速纺设备上开发出来。该产品是一种有开发前途的化纤原料。

For using normal high-speed spinning equipment to develop porpousmicrodenier yarn, we have studied the technique key and adopted the maijortechnical measure. POY-DTY two steps method is abopted to produce a seriespolyester microdenier yarns, such as 83dtex/72f, 111dtex/72f, 167dtex/144f ect.We can use high-speed equipment to develop these products through partialreform at the request of material, spinning condiction and after-treatmentcondition.
