摘要
本文对高效液相色谱法在分析化学专业中的应用进行了综述 ,较详细地阐述了高效液相色谱法的定性分析、定量分析及色谱联用技术的分析方法和应用。
This paper reviewed HPLC method and its applications in analytical chemistry. Qualitative and quantitative analysis,chromatographic hyphenated techniques and their applications were elucidated. Fourteen literatures were cited.
