摘要
目的 对呼吸机相关性肺炎病原学构成及耐药情况 ,为临床治疗提供依据。方法 对我院重症监护(ICU)室收住的 86例机械通气患者 ,共中 6 4例发生肺部感染的致病菌进行培养 ,并对致病菌进行药敏试验。结果 检出致病菌 84例 ,其中革兰阴性细菌 (G -菌 )占 6 9 0 5 % (5 8株 ) ,革兰阳性细菌 (G +菌 )占 19 0 5 % (16株 ) ,真菌占11 90 % (10株 ) ;前 4位致病菌分别为铜绿假单胞菌 (2 9株 )、肺炎克雷白氏菌 (14株 )、白色念球菌 (10株 )、金黄色葡萄球菌 (9株 )。药敏结果显示这类菌株药现象有严重。结论 呼吸机相关性肺炎病原菌以G -菌为主 ,呈多重耐药 。
Objective To analyze the constitute of the pathogens of pneumonia in patients by mechanical ventialtion and the results of drug resistane.Methods The pathogens and the drug sensitivity of 64 cases with ventilator-associated-pneumonia in 86 cases in ICU were detected.Results 84 strains pathogens were isolated by bacterial culture,the ratio of the gram-negative bacteria to total bacteria isoalted was 69.05%(58 strains),and the gram-positive bacteria was 19.05%(16 strains),the fungi was 11.90%(9 strains).P.aeruginose(29 strains),P.klebsiella(14 strain),moniliasis(10 strains) and S.aureus(10 strains) were the four common kinds of pathogens,the multi-drug-resistance on antibiotics was serious.Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria were the more common pathogens of pneumonia isolated from patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,the pathogens were multi-drug-resistance to antibiotics,and reasonable using antibiotics were extremely important.
