石英粉尘粒径与肺损伤作用关系的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 比较不同粒径石英粉尘对肺的损伤作用。方法 分别用微米级石英粉尘 (粒径 <5 μm)和纳米级石英粉尘 ,粒径 (10± 5 )nm ,经气管对雌性Wistar大鼠一次染尘 (2 0mg/只 ) ,于染尘后第 30d和第 6 0d测定动物全肺湿重和肺羟脯氨酸含量。结果 染尘后第 6 0d微米组大鼠全肺湿重显著高于正常对照组 ,而纳米组者显著低于微米组 ,与正常对照组无显著性差异。染尘后第 30 ,6 0d微米组大鼠肺羟脯氨酸含量比正常对照显著增高 ,纳米组者则显著低于微米组而与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论 石英粉尘粒径由微米级降低至纳米级后 。 Objective To compare the lung damag effect of quartz dusts of micrometer or nanometer particle size.Methods The wet weight and hydroxyproline content of lungs of rats were compared after exposed to quartz dusts(20? mg/rat) of micrometer or nanometer particle size for 30 and 60 days.Results The wet weight and hydroxyproline content of lungs exposed to micrometer dust are significantly higher than those of the controls,but those exposed to nanometer dusts are remarkably lower than those of the micrometer group and not significantly different from those of the controls.Conclusion The lung damaging effect of quartz dust reduces as the particle size reduces from micrometer to nanometer scale.
