摘要
目的 探讨镉中毒性肾损害的细胞分子学机制。方法 通过腹腔注射Cd2 +1 4mg/(kg·bw)制备肾损伤模型 ,观察镉性肾损害时胞浆中钙含量的变化及其与肾损害之间的关系。结果 随着隔作用时间的延长 ,肾皮质中尿蛋白、尿N -乙酰 - β -D -氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)不断升高 ,肾小球滤过率 (GFR)减少 ,肾胞浆中钙显著增高 ,Ca2 +-Mg2 +-ATPase活性也随之升高。结论 镉性肾损伤中 ,细胞钙稳态受到破坏 。
Objective To study the cell molecular mechanism of cadmium-induced renal damage.Methods With Cadmium dose 1 4?mg/kg Cd 2+ by celiac injection to make renal damage model in order to observe relation between renal damage and changes of intracellular calcium content.Results The content of protein,N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase in urine increased continually,GFR decreased,the intracellular calcium increased relatively.Conclusion The damage of intracellular calcium homeostasis leaded to the renal function disorder.
