乙型肝炎病毒感染相关疾病个人心理负担研究

Study on personal psychology burden of patient with hepatitis B

目的 探讨乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染相关疾病患者个人心理负担情况。方法 对 32 5例HBV感染相关疾病〔急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、乙型肝炎肝硬化及原发性肝癌和无症状乙肝表面抗原 (HBsAg)携带者〕患者进行问卷调查。采用专家咨询法对HBV感染相关疾病患者个人心理负担各维度权重进行评估。将问卷调查结果与专家咨询结果相结合 ,评价HBV感染相关疾病患者个人心理负担大小。结果 HBV感染相关疾病患者均存在一定的心理负担 ,按其心理负担大小排序依次为HBV感染导致的原发性肝癌患者、乙肝后肝硬化患者、急性乙型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎和表面抗原携带者。结论 HBV感染相关疾病患者存在不容忽视的心理负担 ,应进一步研制相应测量量表 ;在乙型肝炎综合防治中 。

Objective To evaluate the personal psychology burden of hepatitis B.Methods A household survey was conducted with the questionnaires among 235 hepatitis B patients.The weights of personal psychology burden were obtained from expersts' opinions with Delphi method.The personal psychology burden's values and their corresponding descending order were calculated according to the weights and the data from the household survey.Results All the hepatitis B patients had different psychology burden,the rank of psychology burden was succesively liver cancer,liver cirrhosis,acute hepatitis B,chronic hepatitis B and HBsAg carrier after descending order processing.Conclusion The personal psychology burden of hepatitis B cannot be ignored and the corresponding measurment scale should be developed further.It was necessary to carry out a certain social psychology intervention in the comprehensive prevention and treatment of hepatitis B.
