南阳市初中生物教师素质结构调查

The Investigation Report about Quality Structure of Middle-school Biology Teachers in Nanyang City

采用问卷调查和走访调查相结合的方法 ,在南阳市范围内进行了“初中生物教师”素质结构的调查。结果表明 :南阳市初中生物教师队伍趋于年轻化 ,学历达标率较高 ,专业基础理论知识和教学基本功扎实。但是 ,职业思想不牢固 ,有重新择业的愿望 ;职称偏低、结构不合理 ;实验技能和教学调控技能较差 ;相关学科知识面窄 ,知识老化现象严重 ;教科研水平偏低。在对调查结果分析研究的基础上 。

Using the method of combining questionnaire investigation with interview investigation to make a quality structure investigation of middle school biology teachers in Nanyang city. Through analysing and studying the investigation findings, we put forward some suggestions to the middle school biology teachers' continuous education.
