摘要
对美味牛肝菌(BoletusedulisBull.exFr.)进行了母种培养基筛选试验.结果表明,美味牛肝菌母种最适培养基为20.0g葡萄糖+7.0g酵母粉+3.0g黄豆粉+1.0gKH2PO4+0.5gMgSO4·7H2O+0.5gMnSO4·H2O+20.0g琼脂.
A prelimirary study on the selection of optimum mother culture medium for Boletus deulis was conducted. The experiment result showed that the optimum medium was 20.0 g glucose+7.0 g yeast powder+3.0 g soybean powder+1.0 g KH_2PO_4+0.5 g MgSO_4·7H_2O+0.5 g MnSO_4·H_2O+20.0 g agar.
