气缸套激光在线处理工艺的研究

摘要 通过对激光扫描形成的网格模式与螺旋模式处理缸套的抗摩擦磨损的对比试验,探讨了扫描轨迹与磨损机理的关系,提出获得最佳耐磨效果的轨迹扫描方式和硬化比例.在对薄壁缸套的激光处理研究中,提出用快速散热解决热积累对扫描带表面状态、组织和性能的影响,使薄壁缸套的变形得到控制. Relation between the laser beam scanning track and wear mechanism is explored through the comparison tests on friction-wear resistance with the net model and spiral model.The hardening ratio and the track scanning type for the best wear-re- sistant effect are propesed.In the study of laser treatment for the thin-wall cylinder lin- er,it is suggested to use the rapid radiation method to solve the influence of heat accumu- lation on the surface state,microstrueture and properties,so that the deformation of the thin-wall cylinder liner can be controlled.
