摘要
用循环伏安法研究了 NaCl-KCl-PrCl_3熔体中 Pr(Ⅲ)在钴电极上还原和 NaCl-KCl-PrCl_3-CoCl_2熔体中 Pr(Ⅲ)和 Co(Ⅱ)在钼电极上共沉积的电极过程.用自耗阴极法和共沉积法制取丁镨钴合金,探讨了影响电解的因素.所得镨钴合金中含镨量可达90wt%以上.自耗阴极法的电流效率和稀土回收率超过90%;共沉积法的电流效率和稀土回收率也可达85%.
Cyclic voltammetry has been used to study the electrode process of Pr (Ⅲ)reduced on Co electrode in the molten NaCl-KCl-PrCl_3 system and the electrode process of Pr(Ⅲ)and Co(Ⅱ)codeposited on Mo electrode in the molten NaCl-KCl-PrCl_3-CoCl_2 system.Technical conditions for preparing Pr-Co alloy by the consumable cathode method and by codeposition are discussed.The Pr-Co alloy contain- ing over 90% of Pr has been obtained.The current efficiency and recovery of RE are over 90% by the consumable cathode method,while those by eodeposition can also reach 85%.
