摘要
中国建筑铝型材的装备水平已达到一般国际水平偏下,先进设备的生产能力仅占10％左右;产品品质仅相当于工业发达国家的中等水平,主要表现在性能不稳定,工艺参数控制不严;管理水平还有较大差距,人员素质总体较低,仅有个别厂进入现代化管理行列。
China has almost reached the international level in constructive aluminium profiles, but the advanced equipments only occupy 10% of the total production. The production quality has only retained at the mid-level of the advanced countries. The main problems are the instable capability, uncontrollable of the technique parameter, under-developed managerial system and under-improved staff quality. Only few of the enterprises have implemented the advanced managerial system.
