消化道肿瘤相关抗原CA72-4、CA19-9的临床应用研究

Clinical Applicated Investigation of Tumor Marker CA72-4,CA19-9 in Digestive Tract (Cancer)

目的 探讨糖类抗原CA72 4及CA19 9联合检测对消化道肿瘤诊断临床价值及预后意义。方法 用放免分析法检测 5 0例健康者 ,2 2 9例消化道疾病患者血清CA72 4、CA19 9浓度。结果 放免分析法测得新疆乌鲁木齐地区成年个体 5 0例血清中CA72 4抗原参比值 x±s为 (0 .78± 0 .98)U/ml,阳性界值为 3.8U/ml,CA19 9抗原参比值 x±s为 (8.8± 5 .3)U/ml,阳性界值为 37U/ml。结论 2 2 9例消化道疾病患者的临床观察分析认为 ,CA72 4、CA19 9对胃癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌的诊断是一项有参考价值的肿瘤标志物 ,尤其对术后疗效判断及预后监测具有重要的参考价值。在恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中也具有较重要的意义。

Objective To study and evaluate the clinical value and prognostic significance of Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9(CA19-9) Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein72-4(CA72-4) in digestive tract cancer.Methods Serum levels of CA19-9 and CA72-4 were determined by immunoradiometric assay in 50 normal healthy adults and 229 patients diagnosed of digestive tract disease.Results Cut-off values of 3.8U/ml for CA72-4 and 37U/ml for CA19-9 in serum of 50 healthy control adults in Urumqi of XinJiang the reference result(±s)was (0.78)±(0.98) U/ml and (8.8)±(5.3) U/ml respectively.Conclusion The results of clinicalstudies of 229 patients with digestive tract disease suggestes that CA72-4 and CA19-9 were useful tumor markers for the diagnosis of patients with stomach cancer,colon cancer and pancreas cancer, particularly effective of post-operation and monitoring the prognosis. The two tumor markers might be helpful in differential diagnosis of malignancy cancer.
