探讨获取优良腰椎侧位片CR后处理的调节 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :应用计算机X线摄影中的图像后处理功能 ,探讨获取优良腰椎侧位片的调节方法。方法 :①分析 10 0张CR腰椎侧位片不符合诊断要求的原因。②探讨重新改变腰椎侧位片图像后处理技术的方法。结果 :病理和生理因素造成的废片 4张 (4 % ) ;改变后处理技术调节 ,重新作出符合诊断要求的片 75张 (75 % ) ;仍不符合诊断要求的片 2 1张(2 1% )。结论 :恰当的图像后处理调节 ,可有效地改变腰椎侧位片的影像质量。 Objective:To study how to image of lateral lumbar well by making to use of image processing in a computed radiology system.Methods:①100 lateral lumbar images, which can not be used to give a diagnosis, were selected and analyzed. ②By changing image processing methods, better lumbar lateral images were obtained.Results:①4 waste images originated from patient's pathologic and physiologic condition. ②In the remained 96 images, 73 of them can be eligible in diagnosis by reprocessing; 23 of them not.Conclusion:Lumber lateral image can be improved by suitable processing and made more useful of diagnosis.
