胱氨酸致家兔动脉粥样硬化发生机制的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验观察家兔喂饲胱氨酸后的不同时期内,血浆PGI2和TXA2的动态变化特点,并对血胆固醇,胱氨酸水平和动脉壁脂质斑块形成程度进行比较,目的在于探讨胱氨酸致动脉粥样硬化的可能机制,并为临床防治冠心病提供帮助。 This experiment tock 20 rabbits randomly divded into experimental (feeding with cystins) and control group. Drawing blood for biochem- icae and radioimmunoassay test in pre-experime- ntal and 4th, 8th, 12th Week days after feeding. The result discovered that the contents of serum cystine, platelet aggregation and plasma TXA_2 levels increased in the experimental group more than that of thc contolled rabbits, but plasma PGI_2 decreased. While the contents of total cholesterol was not Changed. Athero- scleretic plazues in the aorta was also rema- rkable incrensed. There were foamy cells piled up and by microscopic analysis. According to results of above metioned, we conclude that high-cystinemia may lead to atherosclerosis because of destroyed aorta Wall, activated platelet function and inbalance of PGI_2-TXA_2, but not releted to lipidemia levels.
