杜仲叶粉对鸡肉用性能影响的研究 被引量:20

摘要 为探明杜仲叶粉对鸡肉用性能的影响,在雪峰鸟骨鸡的基础日粮中按0.5%,1.0%,1.5%和2.0%的不同比例添加杜仲叶粉,并以不添加杜仲叶粉作为对照,经90 d饲养试验期,测定鸡的平均日增重、饲料报酬(料重比)、屠宰率、胴体品质(胸腿肌占全净膛的比率、腹脂肪占全净膛的比率)以及血液生化指标。结果表明:杜仲叶粉能显著提高饲料报酬(降低料重比)、胸腿肌占全净膛的比率、血清高密度脂蛋白及血清总蛋白含量;显著降低腹脂肪占全净膛的比率、血清甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白含量;对鸡的平均日增重、半净膛率、全净膛率及血清胆固醇含量影响不显著。 Xuefeng black-bone chickens were used for examining the effects of Eucommia ulmoedes oliver leaves as a feed additive on their performance. Eucommia ulmoedes oliver leaves powdon were added to a basal diet at 0%(control) ,0. 5%,1. 0%, 1. 5% and 2.0%. At the end of the 90-day feeding trial, daily weight gains, feed efficiency (feed/gains), carcass characters (breast and thigh muscle ratios and abdominal fat ratios) and blood parameters were measured. The results indicated that feed efficiency but not weight gains was improved by added Eucommia ulmoedes oliver leaves. Dressing percentages were not affected, but breast and thigh muscle ratios were increased, and abdominal fat ratios, serum triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were decreased.
