摘要
介绍了采用火法回收高速钢磨屑中的W、Mo、Cr、V并冶炼生产再生合金的原理、特点及工艺过程。就原料粒度、还原剂、石灰等对回收率的影响进行了研究分析。结果表明:采用火法冶炼回收工艺是可行的,W、Mo回收率在96%以上,Cr回收率大于91%,V回收率不低于91%。冶炼出的再生合金产品质量稳定,可满足炼钢使用要求。
The principle,fearure and the technical process of recovery of W、Mo、Cr、V from high-speed steel tool grinding chips by pyrometallurgical process are introduced.The effects of raw material size and reducing reagent and lime on the recovery are analyzed.The results show that the technology is practicable.The recovery of W and Mo is more than 96%;Cr recovery is over 91%,the V recovery about 91%.The quality of product is stable enough for steel-making purpose.
