摘要
目的 寻求一种既减少切口长度、操作简便 ,又加压效果可靠的钢板加压器。方法 应用改良加压器治疗股骨骨折 10例、胫骨骨折 8例 (改良组 ) ;用传统钢板治疗股骨骨折 6例、胫骨骨折 4例 (对照组 )。结果 随访 5~ 2 1个月。新鲜骨折平均愈合时间改良组为 4 2个月 ,对照组为 6个月。陈旧性骨折平均愈合时间改良组为 6 9个月 ,对照组为 9个月。结论 改良钢板加压器能有效加压固定骨折 。
Objective To develop an improved compressor, which requires small incision, simple manipulation and provides effective compression in plate fixation. Methods Improved compressor were used in plate fixation of 10 cases of femoral fractures, and 8 cases of tibial fractures(Improved Group). The conventional plates were used in 6 cases of femoral fractures and 4 tibial fractures(Control Group). Results All cases were followed up for 5 ~21 months. The fresh fracture healing period was 4.2 months in the Improved Group and 6 months in the Control Group. The old fracture healing period was 6.9 months in the Improved Group and 9 months in the Control Group. Conclusion The improved compressor can provide effective compression in the fracture fixation and requires simple manipulation.
